Maximum attention to the quality<\/h3>\n

For the storage and drying of the plastic, dehumidifiers have been set up in a special area. By means of a centralized suction system, the plastic granule is transported to the various presses. Masterbatch consumption is distributed and calibrated thanks to the dispensers, (with a maximum error of 0,2%) thus allowing the molding with a high aesthetic quality.<\/div><\/div>\n

Our machinery is made up of latest generation presses with a centralized raw material supply system. We also have a refrigeration system to keep the temperature constant during the molding phase. The molding can be carried out on small and medium components, having a range of various tonnages with which to optimize the different items based on the required size. There are also three-axis robotic islands that take the finished product for packaging separating it from the scrap.

It is possible to make any type of mold, from those with air controls, oil controls, up to the complex controlled hot-runner system. Our presses are equipped with an innovative software through which is possible to manage the production process with different and simultaneous processing movements. These movements allow the achievements of complex shapes in less time. <\/div><\/div>\n

Thanks to the partnership with specialized companies, the production needs are studied to design and build the mold that guarantees the excellence of the finished product.
